I am a 48 year old engineer and real estate investor, single father of 3 teenage kids, who resides in the Indianapolis area. Through systematic investing each month, I accumulated more than a million dollars in net worth. I did this before the age of 40 while making less than $100K per year. I am not a pro athlete, I didn't win the lottery, I didn't inherit any money. Since reaching my first million of net worth by age 40, I've gone to grow it larger thanks to the addition of real estate investing into my portfolio. I have been featured on the Dave Ramsey show. My story is not uncommon. It's possible for anyone to achieve millionaire status. Hopefully my story will inspire and motivate you to do the same!
